Job description:

You will facilitate communication among all members and will foster growth, engagement, and satisfaction among the member companies.

Job responsibilities

Community Engagement:

  • Act as the primary “bridge” between UATE and our member companies.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities among members to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing
  • Foster a sense of community and collaboration among our diverse member companies.
  • Identify potential member companies and initiate outreach efforts.
  • Ensure the implementation of membership benefit packages. Regularly communicate with existing members to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Engage with community members to understand their needs and ensure their voices are heard within and beyond UATE
  • Implement programs to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop initiatives to address member feedback and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for membership expansion
  • Regularly evaluate and update membership development strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and member needs.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate events such as Meetups, Strategy Discussions, thematic events, Members2Members events, and active participation during “DigiTec.”
  • Work closely with the event organization team to organize all the needed activities

Communication and Advocacy:

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling messaging and materials
  • Organize a smooth weekly newsletter campaign for members via MailChimp.
  • Collect Feedback from members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, accomplishments, and areas for improvement

Required qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Management, Communication, etc.)
  • Experience in community management, event/program coordination, or program management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background knowledge of the technology sector and trends
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Required candidate level: Mid level
