Fastex is on a search for a Payment Project Manager to join our team.
Fastex ecosystem serves as a branded house for diverse Web3 products and solutions, including the Bahamut blockchain, Fasttoken official cryptocurrency, Fastex Exchange, Fastex Pay software solution, Fastexverse, and the new generation e-commerce platform - ftNFT Marketplace.

Job responsibilities
- Utilize previous experience to define the scope of projects within the payments domain.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans including participant identification, resource allocation, decision-making frameworks, and project breakdown.
- Coordinate activities among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables and validations meets predefined standards.
- Provide regular updates to decision-making structures, including project status, issues, and recommended actions.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and across different teams involved in the project.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2 year of previous experience in project scoping within the payments industry.
- Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute complex projects within mentioned time manners.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
