You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires, organizing company events, managing office supplies and overseeing facility maintenance. Job responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions and assisting with new employee orientations
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees
• Implement and manage employee wellness initiatives, including health and wellness programs, mental health resources and employee assistance programs
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns related to well-being and provide guidance and support as needed
• Organize company events, team-building activities and employee appreciation initiatives to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events that align with company values and objectives
• Order and maintain office supplies, equipment and amenities to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities
• Coordinate cleaning services and maintenance repairs as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in HR with a focus on People Operations or office management roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in G-Suite. Knowledge of Jira is desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
