Overview: ClinSoft is a leading Software Development and Data Analytics company specialized in clinical study support. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented PHP Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side web application logic and integration with front-end elements.
This role requires strong programming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality solution

Job responsibilities
- Liaise with fellow backend and front-end developers;
- Design and implement web applications that use the Laravel framework;
- Implement server-side logic to process front inputs;
- Identify and fix bugs that are found within code;
- Interact with SQL databases;
- Ensure all inputs going to a database have been parameterized;
- Ensure the appropriate security standards have been implemented
Required qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 3 years experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong experience and good knowledge of PHP (>=7)
- 2+ years of experience with Laravel framework(7+) and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Knowledge and experience in AWS suite of tools and services an advantage
- understanding of NoSQL databases an advantage
- Experience in Vue.js or React.jsan advantage
- Experience with Subversion/Git version control tools
- Extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends
- Ability to execute projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
