We are looking for an experienced Procurement specialist to take the end-to-end lead in the procurement of supplies, materials and equipment for our US-based manufacturing company: from research, tender and bids, documentation processing to managing contracts, delivery, taxation and certification/permissions/licencing issues.

This position is on the night shift, with hours of Monday-Friday from 18:30 M to 03:00 , We work from the office.

Job responsibilities

• Continuously analyze the market (locally and globally) to find the best suppliers and supply channels for specific materials for the best quality/price.
• Purchase materials, supplies and machinery for outdoor sign manufacturing process.
• Compare available goods with industry markets to determine appropriate pricing.
• Initiate and negotiate contracts with suppliers. handle all hte necessary focumentation, e.g. tenders and bids, RFPs, contracts and agreements, delivery, taxes, certification/licence questions, etc.
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products / supplies.
• Regularly report to management about stock status, suppliers and markets, come up with improvement suggestions.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience of work as purchasing or procurement specialist in an importing company, in construction or outdoor advertising or printing industries.
• Work experience with extensive bid and procurement documentions, RFPs and tenders.
• Excellent English for negotiating with US suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fast learning
• Detail orientation
