Job description:

Acba bank is seeking Product Development Manager to join our digital product team

Job responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive product growth and revenue
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2C, B2B platforms sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending improvements to existing products based on research findings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to enhance performance
  • Take part in requirements discovery, solution design, feature development
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, including working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Develop business models and monetization strategies for digital products and services
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
  • Take part in making legal acts for new products

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in marketing, business, management, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or similar role
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills, ability to learn quickly
  • Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
  • High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Solid working experience with deadlines
