Job responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive product growth and revenue
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2C, B2B platforms sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Identifying customer needs and recommending improvements to existing products based on research findings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to enhance performance
- Take part in requirements discovery, solution design, feature development
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients
- Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, including working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Develop business models and monetization strategies for digital products and services
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
- Take part in making legal acts for new products
Required qualifications
- Higher education in marketing, business, management, or other related fields
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or similar role
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills, ability to learn quickly
- Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Solid working experience with deadlines
Required candidate level: Senior
