We are a non-profit dedicated to improving lives in Armenia through health, vocational training, and advancing companies to strengthen the economy. We seek a motivated Research Associate to conduct research, gather and analyze data, and inform our programs and decision-making.

Job responsibilities
- Research healthcare, vocational training, and economic development in Armenia
- Collect and analyze data to support our initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Assist in developing and implementing research projects
- Collaborate with teams to integrate research into strategies
- Stay current with research techniques and propose innovative approaches
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
- Support senior researchers and contribute to a collaborative environment
Required qualifications
- Experience in conducting research, especially in social impact and community development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for our mission and commitment to using research to drive change in Armenia
