Job responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities and develop customized sales plans to target key accounts
Drive the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Required qualifications
Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, event planning, and food and beverage services is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and nurture relationships with clients
