We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to become a key player in our dynamic team at CodeIdea. Take the next step in your career by leading our sales efforts and driving our company’s growth.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a successful sales agent.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, and services.
- Fluent in Russian, English, and Armenian languages to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
