We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key industry players, and driving revenue growth for AffPapa.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with the team to achieve sales targets and expand AffPapa's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, operators, and other strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating AffPapa's value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients via video calls, email correspondence, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Track and report on sales performance using a dedicated CRM system, providing regular updates to management.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral, is essential for effective communication.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, performance-based advertising, and online gaming trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required candidate level: Junior
