Job responsibilities
- Analyze existing code to understand performance impact and propose solutions
- Lead code reviews to drive code implementations towards the best results
- Design, develop and support new business solutions
- Develop applications according to the technical documentation
- Follow the latest technological trends of BackEnd development
- Be able to take requirements from the business on software needs and build on them.
- Map business processes to data models and/or algorithms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodologies and results to the technical team.
- Advise on software development best practices
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years’ development experience
- At least 2 years’ C# development experience
- Experience with High loaded SAAS systems
- Work experience with Message Brokers, In-Memory Databases and In-Memory data stores
- Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.
- Ability to transfer business requirements into technical requirements
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience with MS SQL Server design and development
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
- Solid algorithms & data structures knowledge and proven ability to apply them to real-world problems
- Strong sense of ownership
