Job responsibilities
Your Mission
Your mission will be to maintain and improve existing functionality and develop new application parts.
Outcomes
- Deliver value for customers
- Improve the stability and observability of the product
- Develop parts of the application: design, refactoring, fixing bugs, and writing tests to maintain the quality and functionality of the product and libraries
- Review code and share knowledge with the team
Required qualifications
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development and test coverage
- Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
- Experience with Database concurrency
- Upper-Intermediate English: both written and spoken
- A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
- Integrity and full commitment
- Growth mindset
- Readiness to work in an intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and determination to break through
- Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others
