Job description:

We seek a Product Manager who drives end-to-end delivery of new features and products and spearheads our go-to-market strategy around them. The ideal person for this role enjoys multitasking and adapts quickly to shifting priorities. You will be focused on working with one of our partner brands. You will help develop documentation and business requirement documents, scope the currently existing system, and find opportunities to help scale the organization to the next tier of growth.


You will also support the operations, marketing, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and clarity for internal and external teams. You'll help support everyday operations, including agency management and optimization of current workflows. Strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Job responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with our designers, engineers, marketing, growth, and support teams to perform UX research, design exploration, usability testing, build POCs, and launch commercially available products
  • Demo new features to prospects and customers, organize internal and external feedback, and manage beta releases
  • Evaluate current system and new feature requests to determine “buy vs build”
  • Translate complex requirements into effective user stories. Define epics and user stories for quarterly/annual roadmap planning and align initiatives with appropriate stakeholders to meet business goals
  • Manage the release, communication, and measurement of new product features
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI and Growth teams.
  • Manage and lead daily stand-up meetings
  • Manage weekly Sprint planning meetings for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to ensure teams are delivering
  • Unblock any hurdles for Engineering, Design, and Growth teams
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of new features and new products, spearheading our go-to-market strategy around them.
  • Brainstorm on new & spirited solutions based on user & market analyses
  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify ways to leverage and expand our differentiators.
  • Ensure we are shipping exceptionally high-quality products

Required qualifications

  • At least four years of Product Management experience
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, ideally Xcart, Woocommerce, Magento, Shopify, Amazon, and Ebay
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insight into industry trends
  • Ability to define strategic goals and vision
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment: comfortable balancing between strategy and tactic
  • Happy to dive deep into challenging, open-ended problems
  • Pragmatic and team-oriented
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
  • Technical coding(PHP) background and experience is a plus

First 30 Days: Accelerated Learning and Documentation

Objective: Quickly integrate with the client, understand their system, and begin comprehensive documentation to lay a solid foundation for future growth strategies.

  1. Immediate Client Integration:
    • Initiate intensive meetings with the client to understand their business goals, challenges, and expectations.
    • Establish a strong communication channel with the client and within Azarian Growth Agency to ensure transparency and alignment.
  2. Deep Dive into the Client’s System:
    • Conduct a thorough review of the client's existing system, even in the absence of documentation, to understand its architecture, functionalities, and any immediate gaps or opportunities.
    • Engage with the client's technical team to gather insights and undocumented knowledge about the system.
  3. Begin Documentation Process:
    • Start creating comprehensive documentation of the client’s system, including architecture diagrams, feature lists, and process flows.
    • Document initial findings, insights, and potential areas for improvement or innovation.
  4. Set the Foundation for Future Strategies:
    • Outline a preliminary strategy for addressing immediate gaps and leveraging opportunities based on the understanding of the client’s system.
    • Discuss these strategies with the client and internal teams to gather feedback and refine your approach.

Next 30 Days (31-60): Strategic Planning and Initial Execution


Objective: Transition from foundational understanding and documentation to strategic planning and the initiation of key projects for system enhancement and growth.

  1. Finalize Documentation:
    • Complete the in-depth documentation of the client's system, ensuring it is comprehensive and accessible to both the client and internal teams.
    • Validate the documentation with the client for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Develop a Detailed Growth Strategy:
    • Based on the completed documentation and initial assessments, develop a detailed strategy for scaling the client’s system and operations.
    • Prioritize initiatives that offer the most significant impact in terms of growth and efficiency.
  3. Kickstart Key Projects:
    • Begin execution on high-priority projects, focusing on quick wins that demonstrate value to the client early on.
    • Establish clear metrics for success and timelines for these projects.
  4. Strengthen Client Relationships:
    • Maintain regular communication with the client, updating them on progress and gathering feedback to ensure alignment.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the client's business beyond just the technical aspects, showing commitment to their overall success.

Final 30 Days (61-90): Implementation and Optimization


Objective: Lead the implementation of strategic projects, optimize processes, and set the stage for ongoing innovation and growth.


  1. Implement Strategic Projects:
    • Ensure that key projects are progressing according to plan, making adjustments as necessary based on client feedback and observed results.
    • Start to measure the impact of implemented projects, analyzing data to understand their contribution to the client’s goals.
  2. Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes both within the client’s system and in how Azarian Growth Agency engages with the client.
    • Implement best practices for agile project management and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency.
  3. Prepare for Scale:
    • Based on the outcomes of initial projects and optimizations, prepare strategies for scaling the client’s operations to achieve their growth targets.
    • Begin laying the groundwork for future features, products, or strategies that will drive sustained growth.
  4. Review and Plan Forward:
    • Conduct a comprehensive review with the client and internal teams to assess the progress made in the first 90 days.
    • Outline the next set of objectives, projects, and strategies to continue driving growth and innovation for the client.
