Job description:

We are a fast-growing US software company located in Armenia looking for a full-time, not remote SEO specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and executing successful SEO strategies. As a key player in our digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals to enhance our online presence and contribute to our overall marketing objectives.

Job responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Working knowledge with Meta tags, titles, descriptions, and image optimization.
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings, including on-page, and off-page optimization, link-building campaigns, and content strategy.
Analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google My Business, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Monitor indexation rates, sitemap counts, crawl errors, and URL issues.
Diagnose and report on any crawling, rendering, or indexing issues.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithms, and industry best practices to guide SEO strategy and implementation.
Handle technical SEO tasks, such as setting up redirects and fixing broken links, to enhance website performance.

Required qualifications

2+ years of experience in an SEO role, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution.
Strong English communication skills (written) and able to present ideas and results to various stakeholders, is a MUST.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Experience with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google My Business,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, as well as an understanding of how they impact SERP rankings.
Expertise in Google Search Console.
Working experience in crawling, parsing, extracting data, and analyzing many website pages using tools like Screaming Frog.
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Ability to perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and the ability to work closely with web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.

Required candidate level: Mid level

Salary: 400000 AMD - 450000 AMD Net a month

Additional information

The shortlisted candidates will be contacted via mail or phone within a week and given a task to complete one day from home at their convenience.
Following that, they will be contacted for an interview and a skill trial at the office.
Benefits will be applied after 90 days of probation of work, including four paid holidays, health insurance, annual salary review, paid vacations, etc.

Working Hours: 13:00 – 22:00 (Monday- Friday).
