Job responsibilities

The performance objectives are as follows:

  1. Execute technical SEO strategies
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
  3. Continuous Learning and Industry Insight

The 1st objective is to execute technical SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance. Typical tasks include:

  • Conduct in-depth website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities.
  • Implement site speed optimizations, mobile responsiveness improvements, and schema markup enhancements.
  • Resolve crawl errors, duplicate content issues, and other technical SEO challenges. Utilize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for technical SEO enhancements based on performance metrics and industry best practices.

The 2nd objective is to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings and drive organic traffic. Typical tasks include:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute on-page optimization strategies, including keyword placement, meta tags optimization, and content structure enhancements.
  • Plan and execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
  • Collaborate with the content team to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

The 3rd objective is continuous Learning and Industry Insight:

  • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news through industry publications, webinars, and conferences.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify high-authority websites for outreach and link acquisition. Conduct competitive backlink analysis to identify and leverage link-building opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Google's Webmaster Guidelines and other industry standards to avoid penalties related to link-building activities.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an SEO capacity.
  • Advanced in English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies.
  • Basic SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent one of platforms.
  • Understand both on-page and off-page SEO strategies and their impact on search engine result page (SERP) rankings.
  • Skilled in conducting thorough keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data effectively.
