Idram LLC is looking for a motivated and creative person with strong presentation and communication skills and demonstrable social networking experience to join company’s marketing team in the position of SMM Specialist.

Job responsibilities
- In partnership with digital marketing team, develop and implement social media strategy and editorial content plan to engage target audiences camp; industry experts through a cadence of daily posts and activities across all relevant social channels and platforms.
- Work directly with SMM Team Lead, in-house designers and copywriter to ensure creative objectives are being met.
- Write, edit and publish content on social media channels, leveraging social media management (SMM) systems and marketing automation tools/software.
- Plan and manage all ad campaigns on social media, particularly on IG and Facebook.
- Actively report, track and optimize performance of social media channels.
- Make recommendations and provide updates to the Team Lead.
- Work closely with platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and vendors (e.g. agencies) to identify opportunities.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Keep track of the latest social media news and trends.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Be a positive and socially active team player.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of social media experience developing and executing social media marketing strategy including hands-on management of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Preferably at a marketing/creative agency, or within the finance or tech industry.

Experience supporting a direct to consumer service desired.
- Strong track record of developing a successful social editorial strategy including experience building editorial calendars, writing content, and creating content and campaigns across social platforms.
- Demonstrated experience using social monitoring, publishing & listening tools (Hootsuite,Google Analytics, AgoraPulse, Emplifi, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of creating compelling, engaging and fresh social media content.
- Proven experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights within past successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram and Facebook ads.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Knowledge and strong interest in tech, finance, social platforms and influencer talent.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficient in Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and photo/video editing professional tools.
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
- BS degree, with a concentration in Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
