We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, blog page and creating engaging content, and expanding our online presence.
We are a startup company that helps landlords seamlessly manage their lease agreements online. We provide a comprehensive online platform offering services for conducting lease agreements and facilitating electronic signatures.

Job responsibilities
- Create and schedule daily posts on Instagram and Facebook, utilizing relevant hashtags.
- Design and maintain consistency in reel design and concept using Canva.
- Schedule reels and posts for the upcoming week.
- Craft compelling content highlighting platform features and upcoming updates.
- Write and schedule weekly email newsletters for registered users.
- Engage with users by responding to comments on social media and emails promptly.
- Write bilingual blog posts (French and English) about the platform and related topics.
- Generate ideas for blog posts and contribute to backlink building efforts.
- Post blogs on the company website twice a week.
- Repurpose content by sharing reels and videos on YouTube.
- Create tutorial videos demonstrating platform features and usage.
- Actively grow social media channels and drive organic traffic.
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in written French and English.
- Design skills and video editing capabilities.
- Experience working with Canva and Hubspot is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies, including paid ads and targeting.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with users effectively.
- Experience with social media advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
