Job description:
To keep up with the growth of our European Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer on a contractor basis. In this role, you will support Recruiters spread across Europe in finding candidates and partner with a very experienced Talent Sourcer.
Together you define and execute sourcing campaigns, increasing the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates that will allow us to attract and hire the best technical talent. This is a great opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team focused on hiring the ‘future of Synopsys’. Job responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp the qualification criteria.
- Get in touch with future talent through various communication channels to build and maintain pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
- Check candidates for interest and availability, schedule interviews.
- Promote exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Utilize a variety of channels and tools (our own ATS, LinkedIn, social media,etc.) to identify and engage passive ‘A-player’ talent. Advice on sourcing strategies.
- Be on the look-out for new channels.
- Follow-up after resumes have been shared with Recruiters and/or hiring managers to keep the momentum.
- Build strong partnerships with Recruiters and hiring managers within the business where they are engaged.
Required qualifications
- You are a good team-player and you want to develop yourself further in this field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, an experience with sourcing for international (technical) roles is a plus.
- Sourcing experience through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media etc. using Boolean search is a must.
- Strong communication, persuasion and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal English is a must.
- Creative and enthusiastic personality that is able to convince people.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external.
