Job responsibilities
- provide customer service both written and verbal
- be aware of all services provided by the company
- respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels and ensure customer satisfaction
- provide information about company's services to customers including transportation, accommodation, tour packages and tours in Armenia
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages (knowledge of German / Italian will be an advantage)
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical mindset

Salary: From 150000 AMD Net a month
