Job description:

"Hyur Service" travel company is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and creative individuals to join our team in the exciting world of tourism!

Job responsibilities

  • provide customer service both written and verbal
  • be aware of all services provided by the company
  • respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels and ensure customer satisfaction
  • provide information about company's services to customers including transportation, accommodation, tour packages and tours in Armenia

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages (knowledge of German / Italian will be an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical mindset

Salary: From 150000 AMD Net a month
