Job description:

Coordinate the work of the warehouse and the warehouse team, the processes of receipt and release of goods from the warehouse, control and take part in the annual inventory-taking in the warehouse, coordinate daily operations of the warehouse and the team, make improvements, record acceptance and release of items in the system

Job responsibilities


  • Coordinate the work of the warehouse and the warehouse team
  • Prepare reports, organize and supervise inventory-taking in the warehouse
  • Coordinate receipt, checking and taking record of inventories
  • Coordinate release of inventories from the warehouse
  • Supervise the process of receiving requests from different subdivisions and branches of the Bank
  • Coordinate the process of ensuring availability of the required inventories
  • Coordinate the process of managing the inventories via AS system, replenishing and taking record of them
  • Coordinate the process of submitting purchase requests for regularly replenished and other necessary inventories to the procurement team
  • Coordinate the process of maintaining in-out registry of goods and inventories in AS operational system
  • Coordinate the process of inventory-taking, labeling, accounting and controlling of fast moving goods and fixed assets available in the warehouse
  • Coordinate and supervise annual inventory-taking in the warehouse
  • Supervise and coordinate the works required to ensure cleanness of the warehouse area and other activities necessary for smooth operation
  • Coordinate the process of regular preparation of the lists of depreciated inventories and fixed assets no longer fit for use, analyzing them and drafting the respective recommendations, organize and coordinate the process of selling of such items
  • Make regular improvement recommendations regarding the warehouse and the warehouse team, discuss them with the line manager, be consistent in implementation thereof, submit reports on the implemented improvements and the outcome
  • Perform the tasks assigned by the line manager timely and with proper quality

Required qualifications

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good command of MS Office; knowledge of AS system will be a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sense of responsibility
  • Team player skills
  • Good command of Armenian and Russian; knowledge of English will be a plus
  • Sense of responsibility, honesty
