CreedRoomz seeks a dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced gaming environment. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies while leading a talented team to success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition and promote engagement with our products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with the product development team to develop messaging and positioning for our products and services
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising and retargeting
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop content that supports marketing initiatives, such as blog posts, white papers and case studies
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- At least 5 + years of experience in marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of technologies and the blockchain space or gaming industry
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing and other digital marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
