About the role:
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires, organizing company events, managing office supplies and overseeing facility maintenance. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to creating a positive workplace experience for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions and assisting with new employee orientations
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees
- Implement and manage employee wellness initiatives, including health and wellness programs, mental health resources and employee assistance programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns related to well-being and provide guidance and support as needed
- Organize company events, team-building activities and employee appreciation initiatives to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events that align with company values and objectives
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment and amenities to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities
- Coordinate cleaning services and maintenance repairs as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in HR with a focus on People Operations or office management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in G-Suite. Knowledge of Jira is desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
