Описание работы

  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service that meets their needs. This includes regular communication with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.

  2. Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance sales and business performance within assigned accounts. This might involve presenting new solutions or products that align with the clients’ goals and negotiating contracts and terms of sales.

  3. Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and meet the clients' expectations and deadlines. This often requires coordinating with various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical departments.

  4. Problem Solving and Support: Act as the first line of response for client complaints or issues, resolving them in a timely manner. This requires strong problem-solving skills and often involves mediating between the client and the company's technical or operational teams.

  5. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on account status, including sales results, and client issues, using CRM systems to track client interactions and data. This information is used to make informed business decisions and to document client progress.

  6. Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning to improve client results, including suggesting and implementing process improvements that can make service delivery more efficient or enhance client satisfaction.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets specific to your client accounts.
    • Develop and present proposals that align with client needs and budget considerations.
  3. Project Coordination and Management:

    • Manage projects related to your accounts, coordinating with internal teams such as product, service, marketing, and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any issues that arise during the lifecycle of the project.
  4. Problem Resolution:

    • Act quickly to resolve client complaints and issues, escalating them to relevant departments when necessary.
    • Ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and follow up with clients to confirm resolution satisfaction.
  5. Communication and Reporting:

    • Regularly update clients on the progress of projects and any new developments within the company that may affect their business.
    • Prepare regular reports on account status for internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, opportunities, and areas needing attention.
  6. Strategic Account Planning:

    • Develop strategic plans for each account to achieve long-term success and growth.
    • Conduct regular reviews of account performance, adapting strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions and client needs.
  7. Contract Negotiation and Compliance:

    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring that these arrangements meet client needs while adhering to company policies and profit goals.
    • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, addressing any discrepancies or violations.
  8. Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to anticipate potential impacts on client accounts.
    • Leverage market insights to advise and inform clients of potential opportunities or threats.
  9. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with various teams across the company to ensure a unified approach to client management.
    • Mentor junior account managers and other sales staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
  10. Continuous Improvement:

    • Continuously seek ways to improve client service and internal processes.
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards.

Bachelor’s Degree:
