VBET is an award-winning sports betting and gaming operator with 19 years of experience in the industry powered in-house by Betconstruct. We hold over 10 licenses and operate in over 120 countries. VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment. We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Casino Product Manager.

About the role

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. The ideal candidate understands the online entertainment space, including consumer needs, competitive landscape and market dynamics.

Responsibilities of the role

Manage products while identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, develop promotion logics and determining specification
Manage the identification and research of the target audience, the current market trends, demographics, competition, unique features, benefits, availability, customer needs and feedback
Review of similar products, technology and innovation used in the product, collaborations with providers in the industry and make decisions based on it
Understand customer needs and anticipate their future needs, focus on improving the customer experience within the product based on their researches
Partner directly with Regional teams to provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term products forecasts and special reports and analyses
Continuously assess and improve problem-solving processes and techniques to enhance effectiveness, evaluate potential solutions and determine the best course of action by identifying and analyzing complex problems
Work closely with colleagues to ensure product success and market growth

Требования

Our Expectations

Proficiency in English for communication with providers
Good knowledge of Russian and Armenian
Must be ambitious, driven to succeed and possess a passion for the business
High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
Understanding of Risk Management, Backoffice, AGP, CMS
Knowledge of products, such as Casino, Live Casino and Games
