Описание работы
- Control accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting (in coordination with Chief Accountant)
- Prepare invoices, maintain/check and confirm the payments, salary calculations etc. (in coordination with Chief Accountant)
- Performs reconciliation on all bank accounts daily/monthly; performs monthly closeout.
- Cost Control: Monitoring and analyzing costs (daily/monthly), researching to find opportunities to reduce expenses, developing cost-efficient solutions to implement changes
- Implementing accounting software and automating cost control systems
- Optimization: Optimizing decommissioning procedures to minimize losses; investigating unprofitable variances and losses
- Developing financial reporting procedures and systems
- Maintains accounting policies, updating them as required. Ensure all procedures are followed according to written policies. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Prepare timely monthly financial statements;
- Develop financial analysis of financial statement; Financial and Efficiency analysis of operations and procedures;
- Writing reports and presenting information to key stakeholders
- Reporting on requested criteria;
- Direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy
- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, cash flow, budget and variance, projections and forecast,
- Work with executive management to create company budgets, calculating the variance between the budgeting plan and reality, developing and adjusting budgets
- Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial scenarios as requested.
- Develop financial modeling tools to provide insight into future financial performance.
- Participation in audit procedures;
- Provide guidance and leadership to finance and accounting areas of the organization
- Additional controller duties as necessary
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.

Требования
- 4+ years working managerial work experience in Finance, Accounting or Auditing;
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Fluence in English is a must, knowledge of Russian is a plus (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of IFRS, Armenian Tax legislation and generally accepted accounting practices, thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills (Arm Soft is preferable);
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally;
- Strong team-player with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Higher education;
- ACCA/CFA/CPA and/or another qualification/certificate is a plus.
