Описание работы

Converse Bank is looking for a skilled Head of Treasury.

Обязанности

Coordinate the activities of cash operations unit, clearing unit and international transfer and settlement unit.
Daily liquidity management
Oversee all treasury processes in compliance with bank’s policies.
Ensure that the operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlements function.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, including cash disbursements, cash pooling, collections and accounting reconciliations and reporting include compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and accounting standards
Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
Draft policies and procedures related to treasury
Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management

Требования

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math or related fields; advanced degree such as MBA or master degree in finance is a plus
At least 5 years experience in treasury management, finance or related roles. Experience in banking is a plus
Knowledge of financial markets, risk management, cash management systems and banking instruments
Excellent problem-solving, strong analytical skills and solid business judgment
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment and attentive to details
Knowledge of Russian and English is required
