We are looking for an objective and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.

Risk Assessment and Planning: Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize areas for internal audit focus.
Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans based on identified risks and regulatory requirements
Audit Execution: Perform detailed internal audits of gaming operations, financial processes, and information systems
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations
Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of changes in gaming industry regulations and ensure internal processes align with legal requirements
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and maintain a high level of compliance
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and trends from financial and operational data
Identify anomalies, irregularities, or potential areas of concern through data analysis
Communication and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans
Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure understanding of audit results and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions
Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Collaborate with management to implement best practices and enhance the overall internal control environment

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CIA certification is a plus
Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the gaming industry
Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
