We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Officer and managing various sales and marketing activities. Обязанности

Lead Generation and Management

• Conduct market research to identify and understand target audiences.
• Build and manage lead databases using CRM software.
• Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns through email marketing, social media outreach, and other channels.
• Implement a lead nurturing process to qualify leads and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.

Proposal Development

• Collaborate with respective teams to gather information and draft compelling proposals.
• Utilize proposal writing software and templates to ensure a professional presentation.

Social Media Management

• Execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across designated platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Content Creation and Management

• Collaborate with teams to create high-quality content for marketing initiatives.
• Utilize a content management system to manage website content creation, scheduling, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on current content marketing trends and best practices.

Portfolio Management

• Assist in building a comprehensive portfolio database showcasing the company's capabilities and successes.
• Develop and present compelling presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain a centralized repository for all marketing collateral, ensuring materials are up-to-date and consistent with brand guidelines.

Sales and Marketing Support

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support managing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Update social media platforms with engaging content.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Officer as needed.

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead generation principles and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing best practices and analytics.
• Experience with content management systems is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (preferable).
