Hexens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our cybersecurity products. Your expertise will contribute to creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces that ensure a seamless user journey and enhance our clients' cybersecurity experiences.

Обязанности

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the company.

Требования

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry.
Experience working with Design Systems.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and your design process.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
