We are looking for a professional E-commerce Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who excels in developing and executing lead generation strategies and converting leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lead generation tools and sales techniques, along with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

This position is full-time and requires on-site attendance at our office.

Обязанности

  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring a consistent flow of new client acquisitions;
  • Strategize, plan, and execute lead generation campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, and HubSpot;
  • Use CRM platforms (Odoo) to track leads, customer interactions, and sales;
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies that cater to targeted customer segments;
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing tailored solutions and regular follow-ups;
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new opportunities;
  • Analyze sales data and lead generation outcomes to refine strategies and report on ROI;
  • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to optimize lead capture and conversion rates;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing campaigns;
  • Adapt sales tactics based on analytics and industry trends to meet sales targets.

Требования

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the e-commerce sector;
  • At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, demonstrating strong abilities in engaging and negotiating with business clients;
  • Proficiency in CRM software, and analytics platforms;
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, and HubSpot);
  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment, with a profound ability to persuade and close deals;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional European languages are a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically;
  • Independent worker with a high degree of motivation and self-direction;
  • Experience in high-level negotiation and managing key accounts.
