At TUMO we are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating efficient digital delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across our projects. Below is the detailed job description outlining the responsibilities and qualifications required for this position:

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Facilitate efficient digital delivery by publishing and version-controlling project files, maintaining clear file logs.
• Supporting team members in digital delivery, particularly printing, naming conventions, and file translations.
• Monitor and maintain BIM workflows, including checking and monitoring worksets, file links, and inter-disciplinary coordinates corrections.
• Perform quality checks on BIM models, to ensure quality models and identify clashes between disciplines and report them effectively.
• Assist in the development, deployment, and enforcement of BIM templates and standards across all projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Revit families to enhance project efficiency and standardize components.
• Assist the projects with modeling/drawing/scanning tasks as needed, demonstrating strong technical skills and knowledge of architectural conventions.
• Assist the BIM Manager to ensure seamless integration of BIM within the design process.
• Assist in Procurement of BIM/CAD Licenses and their renewals including procurement follow-up and ensuring compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design technologies and research best practices through ongoing learning and professional development.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a BIM-focused architectural design environment
• Strong proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, collaboration and monitoring processes, and best practices
• Demonstrated excellence in general digital fluency and understanding digital ethics
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, super high attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
• Detail oriented personality
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and growth

Revit, BIM
Bonus Technical Skills:
Dynamo, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360
