We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. This role is important for developing and executing effective fundraising strategies that support our educational and advocacy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and a passion for humanitarian causes.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including identification of donor segments and fundraising targets.
• Write grant proposals and manage applications to foundations and government programs.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and corporate sponsors.
• Engage the community through outreach initiatives to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Regularly report on progress and outcomes.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing.
• Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in writing persuasive content.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
