Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Event Porject Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Product: ESports

As an Event Project Manager, you will act as a delivery lead for various production projects across our Esports portfolio from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring their efficient delivery, visibility of work progress, minimizing risks, and maximizing outputs.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Manage large-scale, multi-functional projects efficiently and successfully
Organize esports tournaments, both online and in front of a live audience
Plan and manage meetings and event schedules
Provide team updates on project status, roadmap changes, and overall team performance to improve team efficiency and impact
Work closely with colleagues in and out of the esports development team, as well as local and international partners
Create new possibilities for partnerships for organizing esports events as well as development of the sphere

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Familiarity with esports and willingness to learn about the sphere
Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
Successful accomplishment of multiple projects under strict deadlines
Basic knowledge of PC and gaming consoles
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, etc.
Attention to detail, time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience managing large-scale events
