BostonGene is a pioneer company that uses biomedical software to identify new and personalized treatment options with next-generation multi-platform analytics, improving and optimizing cancer patient outcomes. We develop a distributed information and analytical system that provides oncologists with the necessary data for diagnosis and personalized treatment of patients.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Student of the 2nd or 3rd year of study, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics and Informatics degree preferably.
Fluency in Russian, intermediate level of English.
Proficient in Python, Java or PHP with an understanding of their respective knowledge base modules.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and MVC architecture.
Experience with JavaScript, knowledge of React will be an advantage,
Good understanding of GoF Patterns,
Experience with basic HTTP requests.
General knowledge of REST API.
Understanding and experience with SQL across various database engines.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence as a user.
Moderate experience with some Integrated Development Environments.
Basic understanding of Git operations.
Knowledge of web frameworks (Flask,/FastAPI/Spring)
Good understanding of React/Typescript.
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Additional information

Job type: Full-time or Part-time (starting from 20 working hours per week).
Employment term: three-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
