We are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced KPI Implementation and Development Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Deployment of the strategic planning in KPIs, projects and actions
- Develop and implement corporate key performance indicators and define method to measure progress towards defined goals
- Support all departments with management methodology to achieve company's goals
- Collect and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities, supporting leadership in decision making
- Gather information about current work process flow
- Prepare documents for the entire process of the Company's KPI system
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience as Business Analysis, establishing and measuring KPIs
- Ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete projects
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and thrive under a multi-project workload
- Must have good interpersonal, teamwork, desire to learn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of KPI setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Research skills
- Ability to examine facts and information, ask the right questions
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Good knowledge of SQL is preferred
