Marketing Manager is a team member responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Budgeting marketing promotions for the quarter, launching activities according to the plan.
• Analysis of all launched activities and their impact on sales (retail/e-com).
• Preparation and organization of collaborations and co-marketing with partners and brands to increase sales and traffic in stores.
• Work with banks, payment systems: communication, coordination of marketing collaborations, launch, control, post-analysis of effectiveness, screenshots.
• Preparation and organization of events, activities, master classes to attract traffic to stores, assessing their effectiveness.
• Promotion of stores, organizing traffic to iSpace stores.
• Work with shopping mall marketing, placing advertisements on online and instore platforms.
• Work with a designer (writing technical specifications for POSM, banners).
• SMM management.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Relevant higher education.
• Relevant work experience of 2+ years.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate.
• Discipline and ability to work within tight deadlines and strict KPIs.
• Ability to work with both data and people.
• Working knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Working knowledge of Figma.

Preferred proficiencies:

• Graphic design skills (Adobe packages, Corel).
• HTML skills (creating landing pages, emailing).
• Good command of office packages (MS Office, iWork, Google Docs, Evernote).
• Passion for technology, proficient with computers and various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
