Invia Investments CJSC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to fill the vacancy of a Custodian (Պահառու):

/am/paharhow-2

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

✓ Provide securities custody and registry-keeping services;

✓ Process applications from customers, make and update relevant records, issue references /

statements as required;

✓ Maintain solid customer relationships by acting professionally and proactively;

✓ Ensure proper document circulation within the department, and abide by regulations in place;

✓ Answer telephone calls and e-mail inquiries regarding the department’s services;

✓ Contribute to team effort and accomplish other tasks as assigned. provide

translation/interpretation support as needed.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

✓ University degree in economics, law, or a related field;

✓ Experience working with documents and document circulation is highly desirable;

✓ Quick-starter with willingness to learn, in particular, become proficient in providing services of an account operator within the Unified Securities Settlement System;

✓ Customer-oriented, dependable, and friendly personality;

✓ Native or native-like Armenian is required, a good command of English will be considered an advantage;

✓ Knowledge of office software is required, experience with database operation/management will be a plus.
