We are looking for a Store Sales Consultant to present displayed products/jewelry of the Store, act as a referent and provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience. As a Sales Consultant you should consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Present displayed products/jewelry of the store to the customers
• Understand each customer’s needs, priorities and offer the best option
• Inform about current discounts and offers to the customers
• Present the creation story, composition, price of each piece of jewelry
• Receive payments, issue receipts and keep track of all cash and credit transactions
• Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
• Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and contribute customer satisfaction
• Perform sales reports and fill in the necessary information in the system on a daily basis
• Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the store for opening/closing as needed

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• College degree preferred
• 1-3 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
• MS Office experience required, 1C and POS knowledge are preferred
• Additional language skills are a plus (English, Russian)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Uphold Pregomesh image by maintaining professional behavior at all times and being an Ambassador for the Brand
