Job responsibilities
- Prepare and execute strategies to achieve acquisition goals through affiliate marketing
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded affiliates
- Negotiate terms of partnerships via effective communication
- Support onboarded affiliates through their inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and adapt acquisition efforts
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of English, Turkish, and Russian languages
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to derive insight from available data
- Experience with web tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and different affiliate activity tracking softwares
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
Required candidate level: Mid level
