Job description:

TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a Beneficiary Outreach Specialist to “TUMO for Artsakh Teens” Project, aimed at meeting the needs of young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who have been forcibly displaced from Artsakh. The Beneficiary Outreach Specialist will be responsible for connecting with and supporting the Artsakh teens. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our project is accessible and responsive to the needs of our beneficiaries.

Job responsibilities


  • Conduct outreach to beneficiaries through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with beneficiaries to better understand their needs and concerns.

  • Assess the needs and preferences of beneficiaries to tailor our project and services to meet their requirements.

  • Provide information, resources, and referrals to beneficiaries to help them access relevant support services.

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure that beneficiaries receive timely and appropriate assistance.

  • Assist beneficiaries in navigating paperwork, applications, and eligibility criteria for programs and services.

  • Keep detailed records of beneficiary interactions and progress toward goals.

  • Identify and report emerging needs or trends in beneficiary populations.

  • Organize and participate in community events and workshops to engage with beneficiaries.

  • Represent the organization in a professional and empathetic manner at all times.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, human services, psychology).

  • Previous experience in outreach, case management, social work or any related role.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Empathy and compassion for individuals facing various challenges.

  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
