Job description:

INGO ARMENIA ICJSC is looking for motivated, hard-working candidates for the position of Call Centre Specialist.

Job responsibilities

  • Registration of insurance accidents
  • Direct necessary actions of client during insurance accidents
  • Provide a direct connection to the client before experts arriving at the place of accident
  • Provide the necessary information about company services
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate specialist
  • Implementation of outgoing calls as required, Study of public opinion, The implementation of telephone sales
  • Replace night shift specialists during vacations.

Required qualifications

  • Fast learning ability
  • Calm and stable character
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs
  • Fluent in Armenian language, good in Russian and English languages
  • Good manners
  • Emotional competence
  • Ability to handle stressful situations

Required candidate level: Junior
