The successful candidate will have an opportunity to cooperate with leading organizations of the Armenian economy, their employees and executive staff. On-job training will be provided for the candidate by the head of the corporate customers’ service department and other team members, assuring the candidate’s integrity to a professional and dynamic team of INGO ARMENIA. Customer Service Specialist is responsible for servicing his/her clients according to the list of job responsibilities presented below. Later, at a higher level of professional development Customer Service Specialist should have his/her input in the development of new insurance programs for customers.

Job responsibilities
- Service customers, provide consultations
- Negotiate with customers and prepare insurance contracts
- Accept phone calls and letters, provide answers to them
- Excellent knowledge of insurance contracts
- Explain to customers insurance contracts and procedures
- Customers’ debts monitoring and supervision
- Respond to complaints and resolve them
Required qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Economics or Finance
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software application
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential issues
