Job description:

We are looking for English speaking Customer Service representatives within our new project.

Job responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
Make records of data in various platforms

Required qualifications

Excellent knowledge of English;
Work experience is a plus;
Willingness to work in shifts;
Excellent phone etiquette; both verbal and written;
Ability to cooperate and deal with hard cases

Required candidate level: Junior
