Job description:

We are looking for English speaking Customer Service representatives within our new project.






Job responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Make records of data in various platforms

Required qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Work experience is a plus;
  • Willingness to work in shifts;
  • Excellent phone etiquette; both verbal and written;
  • Ability to cooperate and deal with hard cases

Required candidate level: Junior
