As a Food and beverage manager your main responsibility is plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other businesses that operate serving food and beverage.

Job responsibilities

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
Hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff.

Required qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in customer service,
Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
Proven food and beverage management experience
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to multi-task
Good organizational skills

Required candidate level: Mid level
