Fastex is on a search for an Operations Manager to join our team.
Fastex ecosystem serves as a branded house for diverse Web3 products and solutions, including the Bahamut blockchain, Fasttoken official cryptocurrency, Fastex Exchange, Fastex Pay software solution, Fastexverse and the new generation e-commerce platform - ftNFT Marketplace.

Job responsibilities
• Work in tandem with the Head of Operations to streamline and optimize operational processes
• Manage and supervise the daily operational activities, ensure the smooth and efficient
functioning
• Collaborate with the listings department within a Crypto Exchange (CEX), include coin/token
listing processes and compliance requirements
• Monitor the listing department metrics
• Launch the co-marketing activities on the exchange, such as Trading Competitions, AirDrops,
and other promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing department for launching activities within the Exchange.
Requirements.
Required qualifications
•Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of international business practices, regulations, and cultural sensitivities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively across diverse teams and cultures
• Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and resource allocation
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive
business growth and operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and
innovation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and business management tools.
