Job responsibilities
- develop and create new types of online loans in line with the bank's digitalization strategy;
- research and develop digital loans;
- manage new and existing loan types and implement loan portfolio analysis;
- implement regular review and development of the product;
- identify and settle technical problems arising in the online lending process;
- cooperate with external partners;
- prepare and present reports;
- implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required qualifications
- higher education in economics or finance;
- at least 2 years of work experience in the financial and banking system at least 1 of which as a loan officer;
- excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation and lending processes;
- mastery of the latest digital technologies, product management software;
- knowledge of AS-bank program;
- communication and negotiation skills;
- ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent knowledge of Russian and English.
