Fastex is on a search for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job responsibilities
- Collect and analyze project requirements from stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Identify key project stakeholders and facilitate their involvement in requirement discussions.
- Serve as the primary conduit for all project-related communications. Organize and lead regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and stakeholder presentations, to ensure all parties are informed of project status and deviations.
- Get feedback from project stakeholders and team members and analyze feedback for actionable insights to integrate changes into project plans to improve project outcomes.
- Stay updated to industry trends, tools, and best practices in project management.
- Advocate for and implement process improvements and innovations within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English fluently.
- At least two years of related experience is required.
- Project management certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
