Job description:

Staff.am partner company is looking for Sales Champion. As a Sales Champion, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting the brand to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how products or services can meet their needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to build trust and loyalty
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Go the extra-mile to meet and exceed customers’ expectation
  • Showcase our products/services in an attractive manner, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and any other relevant details to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and be able to address any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products or services
  • Maintain a positive attitude and stay professional at all times, even during challenging situations
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Stay updated on industry trends
