Обязанности

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and improve the customer shopping experience;
• Design and create eye-catching digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and PPC campaigns, to promote products and services;
• Continuously monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies;
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and conversion-focused website content, product listings, and landing pages;
• Utilize analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions;

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmenting the audience and A/B testing to maximize email marketing effectiveness;

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 year of proven work experience in a digital marketing, with a specific focus on e-commerce and advertising creation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager);
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and strategies;
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
• Creative mindset and a knack for designing visually appealing ad creatives;
• Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus;
• Strong communication and project management skills;
• Results-driven with a passion for staying updated on industry trends;
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
