Sperasoft is a part of Keywords studios – international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry and beyond.
Game Development is our core competency. We collaborate closely with our partners, assisting them throughout the whole process of developing high quality AAA titles.
We offer full product (SKU) and co-development services using our full spectrum of in house production talent, experience, and ideas to deliver our partners’ games on time, within budget and at the highest quality possible.

Обязанности
- Support employees with the immigration processes and documents (Visa, working permit etc.);
- Onboard and integrate new employees into the Studio according to local rules and policies;
- Organize and maintain personnel records;
- Update databases (e.g. Netsuite);
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance;
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates);
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;
- Provide the relevant employee information to the external payroll partner (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules);
- Participate in HR projects;
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Требования
Technical Skills:
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree;
- At least 3 years’ proven experience as as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company;
- Advanced knowledge of local labor law;
- Strong knowledge of immigration law (visa and working permits);
- Excellent English both written and verbal;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular);
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
